This calming blend helps establish a feeling of calmness, peace & relaxation. It aids in harmonizing the various physiological systems of the body, promotes tranquillity & a sense of balance. Also aiding in birth by strengthening the muscle contractions but lessening the pain. Eliminating some of the emotional charges while in labour like anxiety, irritability & nervousness 
Location to apply blend: To relieve pain along the spine apply on reflex points on feet & spine can rub on sides of stomach, start applying when early labour/ labour begins & leading up to birth. Also wear as perfume or cologne leaving you smelling good as well as receiving the benefits this blend holds repeat as often as desired
